Birth nerd, womb warrior, mama bear and visionary creatrix – I have birthed many things in my life, but love for this line of work is one of my most treasured babies.

Stylishly wearing the hats of postpartum Doula, best friend, concierge, confidante and resilience coach, I use my experience and expertise to curate epic experiences for womxn to move through in the messy throes of motherhood. [/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text]In my years of continuously seeing the effects of postnatal depression, anxiety and suicide, relationship breakdown, on the individual, community and society as a whole, I decided to create a specific line of offerings to combat these issues head on at a preventative level.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text]As I teach my Dynamo Doula students, there are 4 main reasons shit hits the fan after a baby is born or brought into the relationship dynamic or family unit.
